NOVELTY - Wet chemical oxidation is performed for graphite powder, to obtain suspension liquid. The obtained suspension liquid containing graphite oxide and graphene oxide is filtered, to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid and graphite oxide paste. Alkaline solution is added to graphene oxide dispersion liquid, such that pH of the dispersion liquid is adjusted to 1.8-2.2, graphene oxide is agglomerated, settled and filtered, to obtain graphene oxide aggregate. The obtained product is cleaned and dried, to obtain graphene oxide solid. USE - Separation and purification of graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently separates and purifies graphene oxide by simple, economical and environmentally-friendly process.
