NOVELTY - A modified PVC comprises 70-80 pts. wt. PVC, 15-20 pts. wt. additive, 10-20 pts. wt. polyacrylate toughener, 3-8 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 1-3 pts. wt. zinc oxide/graphene composite material, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. lubricant and 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. monoglyceride. USE - Modified PVC. ADVANTAGE - The modified PVC has excellent low temperature resistance performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the modified PVC, which involves adding additive and the composite, mixing to obtain a mixed slurry, adding PVC powder to the slurry and heating to 30-60 degrees C, adding toughener, lubricant and monoglyceride, stirring the mixture at 70-75 degrees C, adding calcium carbonate, heating to 120 degrees C for 4 hours, slowly reducing the temperature to 50 degrees C, adding coupling agent, continuously stirring, reacting for 5-10 hours to obtain a mixture (B), granulating the mixture, extruding, drawing and cutting.
