▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Device comprises a membrane electrode, a diffusion layer and a bipolar plate. The membrane electrode is composed of a bipolar membrane as a dissociation layer of water and a cathode catalyst layer. The diffusion layer comprises an anode diffusion layer, and a negative diffusion layer. Both sides of the membrane electrode are provided with anode catalyst layers. The anode diffluent layer is provided on one side of the anode catalytic layer. A negative diffusion level is provided at one side on the negative catalyst layer, where the negative diffluent layer is arranged on the opposite side. The bipolar plate is arranged at the outer side between the anod diffluent level and the negative dissipation layer. One surface close to the positive diffusion layer is the oxygen plate of the bipolar plate, and the other surface is the electrolytic water hydrogen production basic unit. A sealing ring is also provided on the outside of the electrode. USE - Device used for improving efficiency of hydrogen production by electrolysis of water ADVANTAGE - The device reduces decomposition voltage, volume of the device is more compact, the volume power density is improved, the catalyst adopts non-metal oxide catalyst, the cost is greatly reduced, the preparation process of the catalyst does not need high temperature roasting process, further reducing the preparation cost of the catalysts, and keeping the stability of the carrier, obtaining the catalyst with large specific surface area and high activity, and requirement of the corrosion resistance of the diffusion layer is reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing hydrogen for device for improving efficiency of hydrogen production from electrolyzed water, which involves: a. dissolving metal salt in water to form A, pretreating carbon material with acid and alkali and dispersing in water to form B, adding B to A and stirring for certain period of time, adjusting to alkaline with alkaline buffer solution or alkaline solution, aging for certain time at certain temperature, washing, filtering and drying to prepare catalyst; b. coating catalyst on both sides of bipolar membrane, preferably, method of ultrasonic spraying is adopted; c. connecting and assembling bipolar plate oxygen plate, sealing ring, anode diffusion layer, membrane electrode, cathode diffusion layer, sealing ring, and bipolar plate hydrogen plate in order to form basic unit of hydrogen production by electrolysis of water, connecting multiple basic units of water electrolysis for hydrogen production in series to form electrolysis device; d. filling both sides of membrane electrode with water environment, when starting water electrolysis device, achieving required set voltage by using gradient voltage method, that is, using low voltage to stabilize for period of time, and working at required voltage, and continuing to replenish water for production.
