NOVELTY - A solid hydrazine compound (I) or its derivative is reacted with a carbon dioxide to obtain hydrazine compound (II) or (III). The obtained hydrazine compound (II) or (III) is used as reducing agent for reducing graphene oxide. Thus, the manufacture of reduced graphene oxide is enabled. USE - Manufacture of reduced graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical and environmentally-friendly manufacture of graphene oxide having excellent purity, stability and conductivity, by a simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A solid hydrazine compound of formula (I) or its derivative is reacted with a carbon dioxide to obtain hydrazine compound of formula (II) or (III). The obtained hydrazine compound of formula (II) or (III) is used as reducing agent for reducing graphene oxide. Thus, the manufacture of reduced graphene oxide is enabled.
