▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of core-shell structured graphene-coated powder involves adding coated powder and high purity graphite ball into a three-dimensional vibration mixer at 5-200 Hz for 5-72 hours, molding the mixture, sintering at 200-2900 degrees C at 10-100 degrees C/minute at 0.2-2 MPa, heat-preserving for 5-20 minutes, and cooling to room temperature. The ratio of the coated powder to high purity graphite ball is 0.1:1-10:1. USE - Preparation of core-shell structured graphene-coated powder. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and provides graphene-coated powder having uniform core-shell structure, excellent mechanical properties, electrical properties and thermal properties.
