▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/acrylate rubber composite material, involves (1) adding 30-60 parts mass ethyl acrylate, 25-50 parts mass butyl acrylate, 1-10 parts mass acrylic acid and 0.2-5 parts mass emulsifier to 90-120 parts mass deionized water, stirring at room temperature to obtain pre-emulsion, adding 1/10-1/5 of pre-emulsion to reactor, warming, adding an aqueous solution containing 0.2-2 parts mass initiator and 1-5 parts mass deionized water, reacting for 0.5-2 hours, then dripping remaining pre-emulsion, heating, cooling to obtain acrylate rubber emulsion, (2) adding 40-200 parts mass aqueous graphene oxide solution to 80-150 parts mass acrylate rubber emulsion, stirring, adding 0.5-5 parts mass hydrazine hydrate, warming, reacting, cooling, demulsifying, washing the aggregate with water and drying, adding 0.5-2 parts mass vulcanizing agent, 0.5-4 parts mass vulcanization accelerator and 0.5-2 parts mass stearic acid and kneading to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing graphene/acrylate rubber composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene/acrylate rubber composite material with high tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The step (1) comprises warming up to 50-70 degrees C, dripping remaining pre-emulsion within 1-3 hours, heating at 70-90 degrees C for 1-4 hours, cooling to room temperature. The step (2) comprises warming at 80-90 degrees C, reacting for 1-3 hours, cooling to room temperature, drying under vacuum and drying the product on the open mill. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene/acrylate rubber composite material which is a black elastic material and provided with tensile strength of 10.6-46 MPa.
