▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene aqueous dispersion comprises mixing 1-5 wt.% raw material graphite, 1-20 wt.% surfactant, and deionized water (balance amount), stirring uniformly, transferring the mixed solution into ball milling reaction device, adjusting grinding media-to-material ratio, then ball milling to obtain ball milling liquid, where upper layer of liquid is graphene dispersion liquid having different concentrations. USE - The graphene aqueous dispersion is useful in high-performance thin film materials, three-dimensional gel materials, polymer functional materials, electrochemical energy materials, thermal fluids and other fields (claimed); and preparing composite materials, conductive paste, thermal fluids and heat-dissipating material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene aqueous dispersion has excellent stability, high product efficiency, simple technique, low cost and concentration of 24.5 mg/ml, sedimentation yield of above 98%, and stable storage period exceeds 180 days.
