NOVELTY - A low-temperature resistant thermally-conductive fluorine rubber material comprises fluorine rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber, fumed silica, kaolin nanoparticles, modified graphene, microencapsulated red phosphorus, ethyl butyl phosphate, bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)phenyl phosphine oxide, acetyl tributyl citrate, dioctyl sebacate, epoxidized soybean oil, triallyl cyanurate, curing agent, calcium/zinc composite stabilizer, stearic acid, zinc oxide, trioctyl phosphite, antioxidant A, N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine and paraffin wax. USE - Low-temperature resistant thermally-conductive fluorine rubber material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fluorine rubber material has excellent low temperature resistance, thermal conductivity, high-temperature resistance and low-temperature flexibility.
