NOVELTY - A graphene heat-dissipation coating comprises 0.5-3 %mass graphene, 0.025-0.3 %mass dispersion stabilizer, and remaining water-soluble resin. USE - Graphene heat-dissipation coating is used for dye-sensitized solar cell and micro-nano electronic device, preferably solar battery, modern industrial equipment, aerospace application, and communication technology. ADVANTAGE - The dye-sensitized solar cell package shell one side for radiating coating process, which can effectively improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the component when working, effectively improves the volatilization of one electrolyte of the core component, and oxidation phenomenon, greatly improves working stability, service life and photoelectric conversion efficiency. The graphene fully exerts the advantages of high heat conducting efficiency as a radiating medium, obviously improves the heat conducting coefficient and radiating efficiency of coating, at the same time. The coating has improved wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The method for producing graphene heat-dissipation coating uses aqueous resin as substrate, compared with organic solvent, with environmentally-friendly low volatile organic compounds (VOC) emission. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene heat-dissipation coating, which involves adding the dispersion stabilizer to the water-soluble resin as a solvent in proportion, adding graphene in proportion, stirring until uniform to obtain a liquid coating agent, and spraying the liquid coating agent on the outside of a heat-dissipation carrier.
