NOVELTY - Thermoelectric powder comprises core portion made of bismuth-antimony-tellurium-based thermoelectric material, and a graphene oxide shell portion coated on surface of the core portion. The powder has core-shell structure. USE - The powder is useful to produce thermoelectric material for thermoelectric device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The powder has excellent thermal stability and heat resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) thermoelectric material comprising sintered body of the thermoelectric powder; (2) thermoelectric material consolidated by sintering grains of bismuth-antimony-tellurium-based thermoelectric material and graphene oxide located on grain boundaries of the thermoelectric material; (3) producing thermoelectric powder, comprising (a) preparing bismuth-antimony-tellurium-based thermoelectric material core portion, and (b) forming a graphene oxide shell portion on the surface of the core portion; and (4) producing thermoelectric material, comprising (i) preparing a thermoelectric powder of a core-shell structure, and (ii) sintering the thermoelectric powder.
