NOVELTY - Environmentally-friendly regenerative sound insulation filter cotton comprises damping vibration damping sheet (1), porous non-woven gasket (2), regenerative polyvinyl chloride plastic cloth (3), honeycomb elastic resin net (4), aluminum alloy wire (5), and regenerative cotton fiber cloth (6). The porous nonwoven pad comprises 30-45 wt.% regenerated cotton short fiber, 30-40% rare earth-graphene composite modified synthetic epoxy resin, 5-15% modified graphene-p-phenylene benzobisoxazole ultra-short fiber, 5-15% modified graphene polyimide ultra-short fibre, 5-10% ceramic ultra-short fibre, 5-10% organic rare earth, 2-5% oxide graphene. USE - The sound insulation filter cotton is useful for automobile interior trim, engine cabin, passenger cabin, luggage and other parts.
