▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - A graphene layer formed on a material is transferred to flexible substrate (I) by passing through roller portion (I) such that the graphene layer contacts the substrate, to obtain a material-graphene layer-flexible substrate laminate. The laminate is immersed into an etching solution and the material is removed. USE - Roll-to-roll transfer of graphene for producing graphene rolls used in various device (both claimed) e.g. electronic device such as touch screen panel. ADVANTAGE - The method enables easy, quick and economical roll-to-roll transfer even with respect to large-area graphene layers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) roll-to-roll transfer equipment; (2) graphene roll; and (3) device using the graphene roll.
