NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide-containing organic solvent-resistant rubber composition comprises e.g. (i) dissolving 1,6-bistrimethoxysilylhexane in ethanol solution, adding graphene oxide, then adding silica, reacting at 60-80 degrees C 2-4 hours, then adding gamma -(methacryloyloxy)propyltrimethoxysilane, reacting at 50-70 degrees C for 4-6 hours, cooling, filtering, washing with absolute ethanol for 3 times, vacuum drying at 60 degrees C, and grinding to obtain functional hybrid filler, (ii) coating rubber mixture on the open mill, and then adding stearic acid, zinc oxide, 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline polymer (antioxidant RD), functional hybrid filler obtained in step (i), sulfur, tetramethylthiuram disulfide and dicumyl peroxide to obtain rubber compound, and (iii) allowing to stand mixture obtained in step (ii) for 24 hours, and thinning in hot melt machine at 60 degrees C for 5 times to obtain thin film, then paving film on the flat plate at 165 degrees C and vulcanizing to obtain rubber composition. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide-containing organic solvent-resistant rubber composition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide-containing organic solvent-resistant rubber composition comprises (i) dissolving 4-6 g 1,6-bistrimethoxysilylhexane in 500 ml ethanol solution, adding 5 g graphene oxide, stirring at 70-90 degrees C for 2-4 hours under water bath, then adding 200 g silica, reacting at 60-80 degrees C 2-4 hours under water bath, then adding 1-2 g gamma -(methacryloyloxy)propyltrimethoxysilane, reacting at 50-70 degrees C for 4-6 hours under water bath, cooling, filtering, washing with absolute ethanol for 3 times, vacuum drying at 60 degrees C, and grinding to obtain functional hybrid filler, (ii) coating 100 pts. wt. rubber mixture on the open mill, and then adding 2 pts. wt. stearic acid, 5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1.5 pts. wt. 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline polymer (antioxidant RD), 75-100 pts. wt. functional hybrid filler obtained in step (i), 5-8 pts. wt. solid coumarone resin, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. sulfur, 1-1.5 pts. wt. tetramethylthiuram disulfide (accelerator TMTD) and 1-2 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide to obtain rubber compound, and (iii) allowing to stand mixture obtained in step (ii) for 24 hours, and thinning in hot melt machine at 60 degrees C for 5 times to obtain thin film, then paving film on the flat plate at 165 degrees C, vulcanizing for 5-8 minutes, applying horizontal pull of 1-3 MPa to the film, and then vulcanizing for 15-25 minutes to obtain graphene oxide-containing organic solvent-resistant rubber composition. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene oxide-containing organic solvent-resistant rubber composition obtained by above method.
