NOVELTY - A graphene hollow ball-supported tin disulfide composite material negative tab comprises a collector layer, an active material layer and a cladding layer, which are laminated to form a composite structure. The cladding layer is provided on the surface of the active material layer. The collector layer is made of copper foil material. The active material layer comprises graphene hollow ball-supported tin disulfide composite material, a conductive agent and a binder in mass ratio of 85-95:3-8:2-7. The cladding layer is made of graphene oxide film. USE - Negative tab is used for lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The negative tab effectively buffer the volume expansion of tin disulfide in charging and discharging process, and improves capacity and cycle performance of the battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene hollow ball-supported tin disulfide composite material negative tab comprises a collector layer, an active material layer and a cladding layer, which are laminated to form a composite structure. The collector layer is coated on one or both surfaces of the active material layer. The cladding layer is provided on the surface of the active material layer. The collector layer is made of copper foil material. The active material layer comprises graphene hollow ball-supported tin disulfide composite material, a conductive agent and a binder in mass ratio of 85-95:3-8:2-7. The cladding layer is made of graphene oxide film.
