NOVELTY - Manufacture of high-performance waterborne fluorosilicone resin anti-corrosion material involves (i) uniformly mixing a waterborne polyurethane emulsion, a waterborne silicone-acrylic emulsion, a waterborne fluorosilicone resin emulsion according to a mass ratio of 100:(0.001-99):(0.001-99) to prepare a waterborne resin emulsion substrate, (ii) adding alumina powder, zinc borate powder, graphene powder, mica powder, silica powder and hollow glass beads to a high speed blender according to a mass ratio of 100:(1-99):(1-99):(1-99):(1-99):(1-90), and stirring and mixing the mixture in the high speed blender to prepare a functional filler for future use, and (iii) fully stirring a certain amount of the waterborne resin emulsion substrate, the functional filler and a diluent in the high speed blender. USE - Manufacture of high-performance waterborne fluorosilicone resin anti-corrosion material used for petrochemical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction applications. Uses include but are not limited to bridges, rail, outdoor large steel structures and automobile. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple manufacture of green, non-toxic, environmentally-friendly, temperature-resistant high-performance waterborne fluorosilicone resin anti-corrosion material with excellent mechanical property.
