NOVELTY - A nano silicon-carbon-modified graphene special anticorrosive paint comprises 25-50 %mass, preferably 30-40 %mass high-molecular resin, 1-10 %mass, preferably 3-7 %mass nano-silicon-carbon-modified graphene slurry, 1-3 %mass adhesive, 12-20 %mass, preferably 14-18 %mass pigment, 3-9 %mass, preferably 5-7 %mass resin modifier, 1-3 %mass catalyst, 2-8 %mass, preferably 4-6 %mass additive, 1-3 %mass rheological agent, 0.5-2 %mass dispersant, 0.1-1 %mass defoamer, 5-10 %mass, preferably 6-8 %mass cosolvent, and 12-25 %mass, preferably 15-20 %mass filler. USE - Nano silicon-carbon-modified graphene special anticorrosive paint is used for oil field sleeves, pipes, drill pipes, drill collars, and transportation pipelines. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive paint has excellent high-temperature resistance (300 degrees C), high-pressure resistance, adhesiveness, liquid-medium antipermeability, surface lubrication property, shock resistance, wear resistance, and boiling resistance, and high crosslinking density. The paint can be prepared by a simple method, enables one-coat convenient construction, and prolongs the service life of coated products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the anticorrosive paint, which involves adding the resin, cosolvent, and nano-silicon-carbon-modified graphene slurry to a mixing tank, stirring, adding the pigment, filler, and other additives, stirring, and grinding to preset fineness and viscosity.
