▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A polyacrylonitrile solution is spun using dry-spraying and wet-spinning method, then resultant spinning solution is pressed, passed through section of dry air layer and drawn through a three-grade condensing bath, to obtain product. The obtained product is subjected to water-washing, boiled-water drawing, oiling, drying, pressing and extending by thermal roller, drawing by secondary saturated steam, thermal shaping, drying and winding, to obtain precursor of graphene film belt. The obtained precursor belt is pre-oxidized and carbonized, to obtain graphene film belt. USE - Preparation of graphene film belt. ADVANTAGE - The method effectively provides graphene film belt with tensile strength of more than 5000 MPa, and having excellent continuity and orientating structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polyacrylonitrile solution is spun using dry-spraying and wet-spinning method. The resultant solution is pressed through a spinneret plate, passed through a section of dry air layer and drawn through a three-grade condensing bath, to obtain a product. The obtained product is subjected to water-washing, boiled-water drawing, oiling and drying, to obtain a precursor with round cross-sections. The obtained precursor is densified, pressed and extended by a thermal roller, to obtain an extended material. The obtained extended material is drawn in the presence of secondary saturated steam, thermally-shaped, dried and wound, to obtain a precursor of graphene film belt with linear cross-section. The obtained precursor belt is pre-oxidized and carbonized in middle-low-temperature carbonizing furnace and high-temperature carbonizing furnace, to obtain a graphene film belt.
