▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The LED has a main body covered with a substrate layer (1), two semiconductor layers (2, 4), an active layer (3), a metal inserting layer (5) and a graphite electrode layer (6). The metal inserting layer is covered with one of the semiconductor layers. The metal inserting layer is attached with the graphite electrode layer i.e. graphite film, to form a composite graphene electrode. The graphite electrode layer is made of graphene electrode material. The metal inserting layer is made of nitrogen, indium, rhodium, zinc, metal or alloy material. Thickness of the metal inserting layer is 1-10 nm. USE - Self-grown graphene electrode LED. ADVANTAGE - The LED utilizes the metal inserting layer as a catalyst layer and adopts a self-grown CVD technique to form the composite graphene electrode so as to improve contact characteristic of the LED in a better manner and realize charge injection between the metal inserting layer and the semiconductor layers, so that performance of the LED is optimized. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a self-grown graphene electrode LED manufacturing method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of a self-grown graphene electrode LED.
