▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high conductivity graphene comprises (i) mixing graphene oxide with catalyst to obtain raw material mixture, (ii) placing the raw material mixture obtained in the step (i) in a mixed gas of a reducing gas and inert gas for pre-processing to obtain pretreated graphene, and (iii) subjecting the pretreated graphene obtained in the step (ii) to microwave irradiation treatment in a mixed gas of reducing gas and inert gas to obtain graphene having high conductivity. USE - The high conductivity graphene is useful for preparing conductive, thermally conductive or photoelectric conversion materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method does not require high temperature, high pressure reaction conditions or the participation of toxic reducing agents, is more energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and is suitable for large-scale popularization and application. The graphene has large size and few defects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for high conductivity graphene.
