▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of monolayer 2H-phase molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite material includes mixing ammonium thiomolybdate and lithium salt compound, incubating, and cooling to obtain lithium inserted 2H-phase molybdenum sulfide block; directly placing into deionized water, ultrasonically hydrolyzing, centrifuging, adding oxidized graphene, ultrasonically dispersing, adding hydrazine hydrate, and sonicating; and centrifugally washing with water and ethanol, and dispersing in small molecule solvent. USE - Method for preparation of monolayer 2H-phase molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is environment-friendly, and has simple operation, mild reaction condition, and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of monolayer 2H-phase molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite material comprises mixing ammonium thiomolybdate and lithium salt compound at molar ratio of 1:2, incubating at 200-400 degrees C for 1-10 hours under inert gas atmosphere, and cooling to room temperature to obtain lithium inserted 2H-phase molybdenum sulfide block; directly placing into deionized water, ultrasonically hydrolyzing for 5-30 minutes to obtain molybdenum sulfide nanosheet suspension, centrifuging to remove un-stripped precipitate, adding oxidized graphene, ultrasonically dispersing for 5-10 minutes, adding hydrazine hydrate, and sonicating for 0.5-2 hours to obtain monolayer 2H-phase molybdenum disulfide/graphene suspension; and centrifugally washing with water and ethanol to remove soluble impurities, and dispersing in small molecule solvent. The monolayer 2H-phase molybdenum disulfide nanosheet has thickness of less than 1 nm.
