NOVELTY - Self-lubricating thermal resistant plastic comprises 10-15 pts. wt. edge graphene oxide nanosheet, 80-95 pts. wt. engineering plastic, 2-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.7-1.5 pts. wt. modified auxiliary agent, 2-15 pts. wt. poly-p-hydroxybenzoate, and 1-5 pts. wt. modified nano-silicon carbide. USE - Used as self-lubricating thermal resistant plastic. ADVANTAGE - The self-lubricating thermal resistant plastic: has high strength, strong wear resistance, high temperature resistance without characteristics, wide application range and strong practicability; and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing self-lubricating thermal resistant plastic comprising (1) mixing edge graphene oxide nanosheet and dispersant, and ultrasonically dispersing at 130-150℃ for 0.5-1 hour, stirring for 30-45 minutes under condition that pH is 4-5 and temperature is 60-70℃ to obtain component A, (2) mixing engineering plastics and modifiers, stirring for 1-2 hours under the conditions of pH 8-10 and temperature of 60-80℃ to obtain component B, (3) adding component B to component A, and allowing to stand for 2-3 hours, adjusting pH to 8-9, adding poly-p-hydroxybenzoate and modified nano-silicon carbide, and stirring for 10-20 minutes to obtain product C, and (4) feeding product C into a parallel twin-screw granulator, melt-blending, extruding, and molding to obtain self-lubricating thermal resistant plastic.
