NOVELTY - Bi-component permanent elastic composite fiber comprises 45-55 pts. wt. aromatic dibasic acid isophthalic acid, 25-30 pts. wt. fruit shell powder, 8-19 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 18-22 pts. wt. terephthalic acid, 8-13 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-4 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide and 2-4 pts. wt. stabilizer. USE - Bi-component permanent elastic composite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The bi-component permanent elastic composite fiber enables to exceed current composite fiber in terms of hand feeling and physical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing bi-component permanent elastic composite fiber, which involves: (A) combining 45-55 pts. wt. aromatic dibasic acid isophthalic acid, 25-30 pts. wt. fruit shell powder, 8-19 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 18-22 pts. wt. terephthalic acid, 8-13 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-4 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide, and 2-4 pts. wt. stabilizer according to certain ratio to obtain mixture; (B) heating mixture, stirring, placing in alkaline solution, washing with water, and then mixture, which is taken out of water; (C) pressurizing mixture to 140-165 bar, and after temperature rises to 255-265 degrees C, soaking in disinfectant, and then performing ultrasonic oscillation; (D) placing mixture into main spinning box, where temperature in main spinning box, which is 278-287 degrees C; (E) crystallizing fully drawn yarn, drying first, then extruding, melting, filtering, and placing into auxiliary spinning box, where temperature in auxiliary spinning box, which is 254-266 degrees C; (F) homogenizing, filtering mixture in main spinning box, and fully drawn yarn in auxiliary spinning box, then extruding spinneret, and solidifying by air cooling to obtain primary composite fiber; and after primary composite fiber, which is bundled, and oiled, then drawing, and shaping; and (G) dividing, and guiding filament to obtain composite fiber.
