NOVELTY - Aluminum-based material coating comprises chlorinated polypropylene and nano-wear-resistant graphene film layer, where thickness of chlorinated polymer film layer is 3-4 microm. USE - Aluminum-based material coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating effectively solves the defect of the surface hardness and scratch resistance of the aluminum-based material after oxidation, solves the limitation of the coating technology in use, and has good market application prospect, and good applicability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for application of aluminum-based material coating comprising using detergent to clean surface of aluminum base materia, spraying layer of chlorinated polypropylene film with thickness of 3-4 microm, baking at 60degrees Celsius for 3 minutes, drying, spraying nano wear-resistant graphene coating, baking at 60degreesC for 5 minutes, and passing through UV lamp to form strong protective coating on the surface of product.
