▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing a vertical graphene nano sheet composite radiating film, comprises providing a metal substrate and the surface of the metal substrate is provided with a metal catalyst, performing plasma surface treatment on the metal substrate to obtain pre-treated metal substrate, mixing the carbon precursor, one dimensional reinforcing agent and water to obtain carbon precursor/one-dimensional reinforcing agent mixed solution, spraying the carbon precursor/one dimensional reinforcing agent mixed solution on the surface of the pre-treated metal substrate to reacting to obtain the final product. The metal catalyst comprises iron, nickel and cobalt. USE - The vertical graphene nano sheet composite radiating film is useful as chip surface radiating material in communication device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The radiating film: has uniform distribution; has excellent radiating effect; enhance the radiating performance; ensure the surface roughness and hydrophilicity of the metal substrate to ensure the carbon precursor/one-dimensional reinforcing agent mixed solution spreads more uniformly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a vertical graphene nano sheet composite radiating film prepared by the above mentioned method.
