NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene heat dissipation film comprises mixing and stirring 0.05-0.5 wt.% metal powder as inducer, 0.05-2 wt.% easily graphitizable carbon material for homogeneous nucleation inducer, 0.05-0.5 wt.% reducing agent, 0.85-3 wt.% graphene oxide, and 94-99 wt.% deionized water to form slurry with viscosity of 6000-150000 mPa.s; subjecting defoaming treatment; coating slurry into graphene oxide film to 10-200 mu m thickness by scraper coating, gravure coating, slit coating, immersion coating, transfer coating, plate coating; putting coated oxide film in carbonization furnace; heating at 300-800 degrees C for 3-8 hours; putting pre-treated graphene oxide film in high-temperature graphite furnace; heating at 2300-3000 degrees C for 30 minutes under vacuum, argon or nitrogen atmosphere to fully graphitized; and calendering through roller press to density of 1.8 g/cm3 to obtain graphene heat dissipation film. USE - Preparation of graphene heat dissipation film. ADVANTAGE - The method produces graphene heat dissipation film with high-thermal conductivity.
