▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An electric heating ink comprises a main material and an auxiliary agent. The main material comprises 5-15 wt.% conductive material, 30-50 wt.% water-based resin and 50-65 wt.% water. The conductive material includes hydrophilic graphene and carbon nanotube dispersion. The carbon nanotube dispersion includes graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes at ratio of 0.1-0.8:1 and mass concentration of carbon nanotubes is 3-8 wt.%. USE - The electric heating ink is used for electric heating product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ink has ensured flexibility and adhesive force, is good for forming film on the hydrophilic substrate, can radiate infrared ray, and has good electric heat conversion performance and stability and good application prospect in the infrared physical therapy electric heating product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation of ink comprising using the sulfate solution as electrolyte, first electrode as anode and second electrode as cathode, performing first electrolysis, adjusting first and second electrodes, second electrolyzing, repeating electrode alternation, and electrolyzing to obtain hydrophilic graphene, where voltage of the first and second electrolysis are both 5-20 V, alternating period of the electrodes is 1-10 minutes, and electrodes are graphite rods or graphene sheets; taking graphene oxide and carbon nanotube solutions and dispersing to obtain carbon nanotube dispersion; dispersing the hydrophilic graphene and the carbon nanotube dispersion; and mixing conductive material, water-based resin, water and auxiliary agent and dispersing; and (2) electric heating product comprising a substrate and a coating on the substrate, where coating is the electric heating ink.
