NOVELTY - The method involves manufacturing lithium iron phosphate/graphene composite material. Soluble lithium compound is dissolved in deionized water. Uniform graphene ultrasonic dispersing process is performed. Ferrous sulfate salt is stirred with phosphoric acid. The lithium iron phosphate/graphene composite material is mixed with a binder for obtaining fine particles. Bonding agent is coated on a graphene nanometer sheet. Bonding agent mixing, homogenizing and drying process is performed. The bonding agent is heated in a vacuum part at high temperature for about 180 to 220 degree. USE - Method for manufacturing positive pole material of an iron phosphate lithium battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving controllability, iron phosphate lithium conductivity, positive pole material conductivity, tapping density and battery capacity, realizing positive pole material manufacturing process in a simple manner and satisfying large scale production requirements.
