▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-based modified phenolic resin adhesive comprises 70-80 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 50-60 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, 4-10 pts. wt. borate, 0.05-0.15 pts. wt. graphene and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. formaldehyde blocking agent. USE - Used as graphene-based modified phenolic resin adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple preparation process, low production cost, short production cycle and is suitable for industrial production, and the adhesive: improves heat resistance, and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-based modified phenolic resin adhesive comprising (i) adding anhydrous ethanol into phenolic resin to obtain phenolic resin solution and adding graphene and mixing, (ii) adding borate into phenolic resin solution obtained in step (i), stirring for 3-6 hours under the condition of 55-60 degrees C to obtain modified phenolic resin mixture, and (iii) adding a formaldehyde blocking agent into modified phenolic resin mixture obtained in step (ii), reacting at 45-60 degrees C for 15-60 minutes and cooling to obtain final product.
