▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The smart transparent environmentally stable graphene based electrode is made through a green method involving preparing GO, preparing GO films over an ITO surface, and LIP functionalization on ERGO and ITO surface. The LIP is freshly prepared in phosphate buffer saline and drop-cast into the ERGO and ITO surface. USE - Smart transparent environmentally stable graphene based electrode, e.g., for sensing, fuel cell, field effect transistor (FET), and microfluidic devices. ADVANTAGE - The electrode can be made quickly and simply through a scalable green method which does not require harsh chemicals. The electrode has high conductivity and neutral pH, as well as uniform surface topology, reversible electrochemical property, and high electron transfer rate.
