▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based photosensitive antibacterial medical protective clothing fabric comprises preparing the fabric includes (i) preparing a base fabric (8), blending cotton fibers and metal fibers to prepare the base fabric, the metal fibers are obtained by plating the surface of polyester fibers with silver, (ii) dyeing the base fabric obtained in the step (i), (iii) on the basis of step (ii), using two base fabrics for double-layer compounding through a compounding device to obtain a finished fabric, where the dip dyeing solution used in the dip dyeing treatment includes nano-graphene oxide including 30-35 pts. wt. micropowder, 15-20 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, and 40-50 pts. wt. adhesive, the adhesive is polyurethane, when the base fabric is double-layered, the glue used during the compounding is added with 5-10 wt.% nano-oxidation graphene, in the compounding process, a layer of polytetrafluoroethylene micropowder is sprayed in the middle of the two layers of base cloth. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based photosensitive antibacterial medical protective clothing fabric. ADVANTAGE - The protective clothing made of fabric has excellent protection effect, and long-lasting antibacterial effect and the antibacterial ability does not decrease.
