▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A reusable sensor for detection of biomolecules is fabricated by (a) preparing aqueous suspension of metal oxide nanoparticles; (b) obtaining a dispersion of graphene oxide in a solvent; (c) ultrasonicating the dispersion of graphene oxide to obtain an exfoliated graphene oxide dispersion; (d) mixing the aqueous suspension of metal oxide nanoparticles with exfoliated graphene oxide dispersion in a ratio of 1:0.5-1:1.5 (v/v) to obtain a nanocomposite; (e) coating the nanocomposite onto an electrode to obtain a coated electrode; and (f) electrochemically reducing the coated electrode comprising nanocomposite to obtain the reusable sensor for detection of biomolecules. USE - Fabrication of reusable sensor for detection of biomolecules (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method fabricates the reusable sensor for detection of biomolecules which is economical, environment friendly and requires less time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for reusable sensor for detection of biomolecules, comprising electrode; and nanocomposite coated onto the electrode where the nanocomposite comprises reduced graphene oxide and metal oxide nanoparticles.
