NOVELTY - Preparing graphene comprises adding graphite with organic solvent, dispersing the graphene with UV rays, and centrifugally separating graphene at temperature of 5-45 degrees C for 1.5-5 hours. The solvent includes n-butyl alcohol, propyl alcohol, and isopropyl alcohol. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene (claimed) that is useful in a photoelectric device. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of preparing the graphene with less defect and high conductivity.
