NOVELTY - Method for preparing adhesive mortar suitable for high-temperature and high-humidity conditions involves (a) mixing graphene oxide and deionized water and ultrasonicating, adding cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and ethyl orthosilicate to the graphene oxide dispersion to carry out hydrolysis reaction, cooling to room temperature after the reaction finishes, filtering the reaction solution, and washing the filtered precipitate with deionized water and drying, (b) mixing the above-mentioned graphene oxide/silicon oxide composite material and polyvinyl alcohol solution, ultrasonically treating at room temperature, filtering and drying, and (c) adding basalt fiber, fly ash, and cement into the mixer for the first mixing, adding the above-mentioned polyvinyl alcohol functionalized graphene oxide/silicon oxide composite material, quartz sand and defoamer, redispersible latex powder, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose ether. USE - Method is used for preparing adhesive mortar suitable for high-temperature and high-humidity conditions (claimed) including insulating plate, ceramic tile, cement-based material agglomerant. ADVANTAGE - The method provides bonding mortar with high bonding strength, durability and functionality, volcanic ash activity of silicon oxide, and improved performance in high temperature and high humidity environment. The modified polyvinyl alcohol improves the performance of the bonding mortar to a certain extent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing adhesive mortar suitable for high-temperature and high-humidity conditions involves (a) mixing graphene oxide and deionized water and ultrasonicating to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion, adding cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and ethyl orthosilicate to the graphene oxide dispersion to carry out hydrolysis reaction, cooling to room temperature after the reaction finishes, filtering the reaction solution, and washing the filtered precipitate with deionized water and drying to obtain a graphene oxide/silicon oxide composite material, (b) mixing the above-mentioned graphene oxide/silicon oxide composite material and polyvinyl alcohol solution, ultrasonically treating at room temperature, filtering and drying to obtain a polyvinyl alcohol functionalized graphene oxide/silicon oxide composite material, and (c) adding basalt fiber, fly ash, and cement into the mixer for the first mixing, adding the above-mentioned polyvinyl alcohol functionalized graphene oxide/silicon oxide composite material, quartz sand and defoamer, redispersible latex powder, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose ether, and carrying out the second stirring and mixing to prepare the bonding mortar.
