NOVELTY - The structure has a liquid crystal material layer arranged with an electrode layer. A silicon base substrate layer is formed on an upper part of the electrode layer. A nano material is arranged with the liquid crystal material layer. A height regulating liquid crystal box is connected with a pillar. The electrode layer is formed on a graphene film flat plate glass, where the nano material is zinc oxide or nano titanium dioxide and the liquid crystal material layer is a high temperature type liquid crystal. USE - Liquid crystal on silicon micro-display device liquid crystal box structure. ADVANTAGE - The structure has high light transmittance efficiency and high working temperature, and can easily control a liquid crystal box, and increases performance of a device.
