NOVELTY - Matte graphene coating comprises 10-35 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 20-40 pts. wt. graphene resin slurry, 15-30 pts. wt. monomer, 0.2-2 pts. wt. additive, 5-10 pts. wt. photoinitiator and 15-25 pts. wt. matte paste, where the graphene resin slurry comprises 30-50 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-5 pts. wt. organic bentonite, 35-45 pts. wt. ethanol, 1-15 pts. wt. graphene and 5-10 pts. wt. polyvinylpyrrolidone. USE - As matte graphene coating. ADVANTAGE - The matte graphene coating is prepared by simple method, and has excellent adhesion, high mechanical strength, soft feel and outstanding stain resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the matte graphene coating, involving preparing matte paste and graphene resin slurry, adding prepared matte paste and graphene resin slurry to nano wear-resistant graphene coating containing polyurethane resin, monomer, additive and photoinitiator, and uniformly stirring for 30-60 minutes to obtain matte graphene coating.
