NOVELTY - Preparation of carbon fiber/graphite/epoxy resin prepreg comprises preparing graphene; mixing with N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, dispersing in silane coupling agent solution, ultrasonically mixing for 1-3 for hours, stir-heating, centrifugally separating, washing with deionized water, and drying; adding epoxy resin, polyurethane modified liquid rubber and curing agent composition system, mechanically stirring, ultrasonically reacting, adding accelerant DMP-30, ultrasonically reacting, and vacuum drying; and adding carbon fiber, soaking, friction rolling, drawing, winding, and drying. USE - Method for preparing carbon fiber/graphite/epoxy resin prepreg used for preparing carbon fiber composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepreg has optimal mechanical properties, bending strength of 1525.4 MPa, and interlaminar shear strength of 91.14 MPa at amount of 0.5 wt.%, increased bending strength and interlaminar shear strength at 15.41% and 14.14%, respectively, and simple process, and uses low toxicity solvents. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of carbon fiber/graphite/epoxy resin prepreg comprises preparing graphene; mixing with N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, dispersing in silane coupling agent solution, ultrasonically mixing for 1-3 for hours, stir-heating at 60-80 degrees C for 12-20 hours, centrifugally separating, washing with deionized water, and drying; adding epoxy resin, polyurethane modified liquid rubber and curing agent composition system, mechanically stirring, ultrasonically reacting for 4-8 hours, adding accelerant DMP-30, ultrasonically reacting for 1-2 hours, and vacuum drying; and adding carbon fiber, soaking, friction rolling, drawing, winding, and drying for 1-4 hours at 100-120 degrees C. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of carbon fiber composite material comprising laminating prepreg by flat-bed pressing, curing, post-curing, and cooling to room temperature.
