NOVELTY - Graphene comprises graphene surface doped with transition metal dopants including iridium, molybdenum, osmium, rhodium, gold and palladium. USE - The graphene is useful in an electronic device such as an organic LED (OLED), LED, convention paper C element, electronic paper, plasma display panel and solar cell device (all claimed), where the graphene is used to make a transparent electrode. ADVANTAGE - The graphene has high work function..
