NOVELTY - Wear-resistant and impact-resistant epoxy mortar repair material, comprises 20-30 pts. wt. modified epoxy resin, 15-22 pts. wt. curing agent, 60-80 pts. wt. wear-resistant bone materials, 2-3 pts. wt. toughening agent, 30-40 pts. wt. modified treatment agent, 65-75 pts. wt. graphene oxide, and 20-30 pts. wt. glutaraldehyde. USE - Used as wear-resistant and impact-resistant epoxy mortar repair material. ADVANTAGE - The repair material has excellent hydrophobic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing abrasion-resistant and impact-resistant epoxy mortar repair material, comprising (i) preparing materials; (ii) preparation of modified silica: (a) taking the fly ash, treating it with hydrochloric acid, filtering by suction, washing until it is neutral, then immersing it in a chitosan solution, filtering, and drying at 50-52 degrees C to obtain pretreated fly ash; (ii) stirring ethanol, ammonia and deionized water, stirring, then slowly adding ethyl orthosilicate dropwise, stirring at room temperature, then adding the pretreated fly ash, continuing stirring, ethanol centrifugal washing, drying at 70-80 degrees C and grinding into powder to obtain modified silica; (iii) adding coupling agent into the acetone solution, and then adding the modified silica, ultrasonically dispersing, removing the acetone, and drying; adding the dried materials to the epoxy resin, stirring for 40-50 minutes under a water bath at 45-50 degrees C, vacuuming, stirring, stopping stirring, vacuuming until the bubbles disappear to obtain modified epoxy resin; (iv) taking the modified epoxy resin, adding absolute ethanol, stirring, adding vinyl triethoxysilane, ammonia water, reacting at 30-35 degrees C for 10-12 hours, then adding dibenzoyl peroxide and toluene, stirring, adding styrene, reacting in a water bath at 80-85 degrees C for 4-5 hours, adding the toughening agent, and stirring to obtain material A; (v) stirring the curing agent and wear-resistant aggregate, adding graphene oxide, stirring, adding material A, continuing stirring, allowing to stand, adding deionized water, stirring, heating to 50-52 degrees C, adding glutaraldehyde and continuing stirring to obtain the repair material.
