NOVELTY - Manufacture of functional wooden panel involves forming several holes in the core, surface treating by forming scratches on the surface of the core material, heating with hot air to remove moisture from the faceted core material, adhering a nonwoven fabric impregnated with a desiccant to the lower surface of the core, producing a wood protection oil, infiltrating the wood protection oil, preparing a paint, forming an undercoat layer, forming adhesive using plant extract and conductive filler, forming adhesive layer by coating the adhesive on the upper surface of the undercoating layer, forming a top coat layer by applying the top coat paint to the upper surface of the adhesive layer, manufacturing a flame retardant waterproof paint using a water-soluble urethane elastic coating material, forming a flame retardant waterproof layer by coating the flame retardant waterproof paint, and forming a printed layer by performing a printing process on the flame retardant waterproof layer. USE - Manufacture of functional wooden panel used for furniture. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of functional wooden panel having excellent adhesiveness between the undercoat layer and the top coat layer, and protects the health of builders and users with moisture absorption and moisture-proof properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of functional wooden panel involves forming several holes in the core, surface treating by forming scratches on the surface of the core material through sanding, heating with hot air to remove moisture from the faceted core material, adhering a nonwoven fabric impregnated with a desiccant to the lower surface of the core, producing a wood protection oil for water repellency, waterproofing, and insect repellency, infiltrating the wood protection oil into the core material, preparing a paint for undercoating, forming an undercoat layer by applying the undercoating material to the upper surface of the core material, forming environmentally-friendly adhesive using plant extract and conductive filler, forming environmentally-friendly adhesive layer by coating the adhesive on the upper surface of the undercoating layer, forming a top coat layer by applying the environmentally-friendly top coat paint to the upper surface of the adhesive layer, manufacturing a flame retardant waterproof paint using a water-soluble urethane elastic coating material, forming a flame retardant waterproof layer by coating the flame retardant waterproof paint on the upper surface of the top coat layer, forming a printed layer by performing a printing process on the flame retardant waterproof layer using an UV curing paint, and air spraying so that the UV curable paint does not agglomerate. The wood protection oil is prepared by mixing silicone oil, aromatic base oil, and paraffin base oil, in a weight ratio of 1:1:05 with 2-3 pts. wt. filling oil. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the functional wooden panel, which comprises the core material with a number of holes formed through and impregnated with wood protection oil, the nonwoven fabric adhered to the lower surface of the core material and impregnated with a desiccant, the undercoat layer formed on the upper surface of the core material, the adhesive layer formed on the upper surface of the undercoat layer using plant extract and conductive filler, the top coat layer formed on the upper surface of the adhesive layer, the flame retardant waterproof layer formed on the upper surface of the top coat layer, and the printed layer formed on the upper surface of the flame retardant waterproof layer.
