NOVELTY - Preparing high strength waterproof packing box, comprises (i) crushing the waste polyethylene (PE) plastic by crusher, selecting the grain diameter collected by the sorting machine is 120-150 mesh powder, (ii) taking 78-88 pts. wt. powder, 20-25 pts. wt. methyl etherified melamine formaldehyde resin, 3-7 pts. wt. nonyl phenolpolyoxyethylene ether, 5-12 pts. wt. thiodipropionate, 5-12 pts. wt. lauryl ester, 1-4 pts. wt. butyl titanate, 10-15 pts. wt. granular graphite powder, 12-17 pts. wt. ethyl silicone oil, 13-15 pts. wt. acetyl allyl acetate, 4-10 pts. wt. glutaric dialdehyde, 1-3 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 3-8 pts. wt. di-tert-butyl peroxide isopropyl benzene, 15-20 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 2-6 pts. wt. potassium peroxydisulfate, 1-2 pts. wt. carbon tetrachloride, 4-8 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, pouring into the mixing machine, and mixing to obtain premix, (iii) adding the premix into the granulator, extruding into air and cooling, and crushing into granules by crusher. USE - The method is useful for preparing high strength waterproof packing box. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes the harmless and resource utilization of the waste plastic, relieves the plastic resource shortage, environmentally friendly, can be recycled, good physical performance, compressive resistance, waterproof and long service life.
