▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation of ternary alloy platinum ruthenium copper catalyst involves dissolving platinum precursor, ruthenium precursor and copper precursor, surfactant and reducing agent, mixing by ultrasonic waves to obtain reducing agent solution, adding into precursor solution, washing for several times, drying and collecting to obtain platinum-ruthenium-copper alloy, adding into absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring, adding carbon carrier, mixing by ultrasonic waves and drying. The molar ratio of platinum precursor, ruthenium precursor and copper precursor is 1-4:1-4:1-4 mmol. The molar volume ratio of metal precursor and solvent is 1 mmol:20-30 ml. The molar ratio of metal precursor to surfactant is 1:1-4 mmol. The molar ratio of pure metal to reducing agent is 1:1-14 mmol. The solid-to-liquid ratio of carbon carrier to absolute ethyl alcohol is 1-2 mg:1-3 ml, preferably 1 mg:2 ml. The mass ratio of pure metal to carbon carrier is 1 mg:2-9 mg, preferably 1 mg:4 mg. USE - Preparation of ternary alloy platinum ruthenium copper catalyst used for catalytic oxidation of methanol (all claimed) for fuel cell vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple synthetic process, mild condition and excellent repeatability. The prepared catalyst has better catalytic performance than commercial platinum/carbon and platinum-ruthenium/carbon catalysts, the results show catalyst has the appearance of a polymerization nanoflower, and is derived from abundant active sites and substance transmission channels brought by high surface area compared with commercial platinum carbon and commercial platinum ruthenium carbon. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of ternary alloy platinum ruthenium copper catalyst involves dissolving platinum precursor, ruthenium precursor and copper precursor in solvent, stirring, dissolving surfactant and reducing agent using proper amount of solvent, mixing by ultrasonic waves to obtain reducing agent solution, adding prepared reducing agent solution into precursor solution under magnetic stirring, sealing, reacting at 0-20℃ for 12-16 hours, centrifuging, washing for several times using deionized water and absolute ethyl alcohol until no impurities exist, drying and collecting to obtain platinum-ruthenium-copper alloy, adding prepared platinum-ruthenium-copper alloy into absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring, adding carbon carrier, mixing by ultrasonic waves, keeping temperature for 4-6 hours, preferably 6 hours, and drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for ternary alloy platinum ruthenium copper catalyst.
