NOVELTY - Organic phosphonic acid zirconium oxide graphene heterojunction coupling compound used for preparing friction material. USE - Organic phosphonic acid zirconium oxide graphene heterojunction coupling compound for friction material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The organic phosphonic acid zirconium oxide graphene heterojunction coupling compound forms effectively transferring film, reduces friction coefficient, effectively reduces the abrasion rate, improves the friction performance of the friction material for car. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing organic phosphonic acid zirconium oxide graphene heterojunction coupling compound which involves dissolving ethephon in ice water, then adding polyamine, potassium iodide and sodium hydroxide solution, reacting at 18-30 degrees C for 100-200 hours, standing, vaporizing, crystallizing, re-crystallizing by alcohol for two times and vacuum drying to obtain the organic phosphonic acid; dispersing the oxidized graphene ultrasonically in water for 1 hours, adding zirconium oxychloride octahydrate and stirring for 1-6 hours; adding aqueous solution of organic phosphonic acid, filtering the obtained product, washing with distilled water for 3 times and vacuum drying to obtain organic phosphonic acid zirconium oxide graphene heterojunction coupling compound; (2) a friction material which comprises 0.5-7.5 wt.% organic phosphorus acid zirconium oxide graphene heterojunction coupling compound; and (3) a method for preparing friction material which involves taking the phenolic resin, nitrile powder, mineral fiber, potassium titanate crystal whisker, graphite, aluminum oxide, barium sulfate, zirconium and organic phosphine oxide graphene heterojunction coupling compound, crushing by high speed disintegrator and mixing into ball mill; adding the crushed mixture into the mold, pressurizing to 10-20 megaPascal, raising the temperature to 160-200 degrees C with heating speed of 10 degrees C/minute; pressurizing to 25-35 megaPascal for 20-40 s, discharging for 5-10 s, repeating pressure relief discharging for 3-5 times, keeping the pressure for 5-10 minutes, cooling to 18-25 degrees C, taking out the mold, demolding and carrying out gradient heating solidifying at 140 degrees C for 2-4 hours; keeping the temperature of 160 degrees C for 2-4 hours and keeping the temperature of 180 degrees C for 2-6 hours to obtain the friction material.
