NOVELTY - The device has multiple graphene heating tube groups installed in a heating box (1). An inlet flange (12) is provided at an inlet end of the graphene heating tube and connected to an oil inlet pipe (13) and an oil pump (14). A flange (8) is connected with an oil outlet pipe (11) and a flow meter (7). Ends of the graphene heating tube are provided with electrodes (16), which are respectively connected to a control display (9) through wires (15). A heat insulation layer is selected as a rock wool heat insulation layer. A graphene coating layer acts as a heating body to heat crude oil flowing through a quartz glass tube. The graphene heating tube is connected to the control display through a lead, which controls opening and closing actions of each graphene heating tube. USE - Oil wells special graphene heating device. ADVANTAGE - The device utilizes the graphene coating layer as the heating body to heat the crude oil flowing through the quartz glass tube and allows the graphene coating layer to be attached to an outer surface of the quartz glass tube through a tube wall, which transfers heats to the crude oil and reduces usage of other media and heat loss to achieve energy-saving effects.
