NOVELTY - Graphene photosensitive performance improvement involves diluting graphite oxide in concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate to obtain oxidized graphene with reduced size. The graphite oxide diluted in dimethylformamide at 95 degrees C for 5 hours to prepare the photosensitive graphite. USE - Method for improving photosensitive performance of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves photosensitive performance of the graphene in a simple manner with efficient design for graphene-semiconductor composite photo-catalyst.
