NOVELTY - Graphene zinc-aluminum paint comprises 5-7 wt.% zinc powder, 1-3 wt.% aluminum powder, 3-20 wt.% resin, 0.5-1 wt.% graphene, and the rest is solvent. USE - Graphene zinc-aluminum paint. ADVANTAGE - The graphene zinc-aluminum paint has uniform internal structure, good conductivity, high hardness and good corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for following: (1) a method for preparing graphene zinc-aluminum paint, which involves weighing zinc powder, aluminum powder, and resin according to the ratio;adding the solvent for hydrolysis, the hydrolysis time is 30-60 minutes;mixing the modified zinc-aluminum alloy powder resin with graphene to obtain paint; and (2) a method for using graphene zinc-aluminum paint, which involves applying the prepared paint, preheating at 80-120 degrees C for 15 minutes.
