NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene load magnetite nanoparticle comprises taking graphite oxide and dimethyl sulfoxide, adding N-hydroxysuccinimide and dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, stirring, filtering, washing and drying; dissolving in dimethyl sulfoxide, adding polyamide amine, reacting, stirring, filtering, washing and drying; adding concentrated ferric trichloride, reacting, adjusting pH value, adding solid sodium borohydride with ammonia water, reacting, filtering, washing and drying. USE - Method of preparing graphene load magnetite nanoparticle used for sewage treatment and enzyme sensor. ADVANTAGE - The nanoparticle does not need protection of nitrogen or argon, does not need high temperature, has mild reaction condition and reduced preparation cost of material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene load magnetite nanoparticle comprises: (A) taking 100 mg graphite oxide and 20 mL dimethyl sulfoxide, adding 1-2 g N-hydroxysuccinimide and 1 g dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, stirring at 35 degrees C for 3 hours, filtering, washing and drying; (B) dissolving in 30 mL dimethyl sulfoxide, adding polyamide amine, reacting at 20-60 degrees C, stirring for 1-5 hours, filtering, washing and drying; and (C) adding 10 mL concentrated ferric trichloride, reacting at 60 degrees C for 2 hours, adjusting pH value to 7.5-11, adding 100 mg solid sodium borohydride with ammonia water, reacting at 60 degrees C for 3 hours, filtering, washing and drying.
