NOVELTY - Producing highly conductive heat-dissipating liquid containing graphene and carbon nanotubes involves initially diffusing graphene material into the substrate liquid with a vibrating ultrasonic device in suitable time and temperature to form liquid containing graphene material, evenly dispersing carbon nanotubes material in the liquid mixture containing graphene material by a magnetic stirrer device, at a stirring speed, time and temperature suitable to form heat-dissipating liquid graphene- carbon nanotubes. USE - The method is useful for producing highly conductive heat-dissipating liquid containing graphene and carbon nanotubes which are for replacing conventional heat-dissipation liquid. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes mixture of graphene materials and carbon nanotubes with a high thermal conductivity coefficient that helps to increase the thermal conductivity of the heat-dissipation liquid and improve efficiency for electronic components and large capacity devices.
