▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene zinc oxide micro-nano grading functional material comprises (i) forming vertical graphene on the substrate, (ii) adsorbing of zinc oxide nanoparticle seeds on the surface of graphene by atomic layer deposition, (iii) growing zinc oxide nanowire on the graphene by hydrothermal method to obtain graphene-zinc oxide micro/nano structure material, (iv) modifying the graphene-zinc oxide micro/nano structure material to obtain graphene zinc oxide micro-nano-grading functional material. USE - Preparation of material is useful for preparing sensor (claimed), and electrode or modified electrode for detecting substance as sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method provides product having excellent self-cleaning, superlyophobic and superhydrophobic properties.
