NOVELTY - Refractory material for zirconia composite sizing nozzle comprises a nozzle body, and an anti-scouring composite layer located in inner hole of the nozzle body, where the anti-scouring composite layer comprises 40-50 pts. wt. calcium dialuminate, 20-30 pts. wt. stabilized zirconia, 4-6 pts. wt. nano-graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. silicon nitride, 6-8 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 5-9 pts. wt. chromium oxide, 12-16 pts. wt. high alumina bauxite, 3-5 pts. wt. sillimanite, and 2-4 pts. wt. phenolic resin. USE - The refractory material for zirconia composite sizing nozzle is used for manufacturing zirconia composite sizing nozzle anti-scouring lining (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The refractory material for zirconia composite sizing nozzle improves compressive strength, flexural strength, thermal shock resistance and erosion resistance of the zirconia composite sizing nozzle, and reduces the inclusions in the molten steel during the continuous casting process, which improves quality of the continuous casting billet. The zirconia composite sizing nozzle has high refractoriness, and is not easy to sinter with the upper nozzle.
