NOVELTY - A graphene-PVC composite slurry comprises PVC paste powder, graphene and plasticizer. The weight ratio of PVC paste powder and graphene is 100:(0.025-5). The weight ratio of PVC paste powder and plasticizer is 1:0.9-1. USE - Graphene-PVC composite slurry for use in preparation of PVC gloves (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The PVC gloves prepared with the composite slurry have excellent antibacterial effect, and meet international standards IS022196 and the US standard AATCC100, and achieve antibacterial rate of more than 99%. The PVC gloves have high wear resistance, anti-tear property and three types of chemical resistance such as high anti-methanol penetration, anti-sodium hydroxide penetration and anti-sulfuric acid penetration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method for producing graphene-PVC composite slurry, which involves adding graphene, PVC paste powder, plasticizer, synergist and calcium-zinc stabilizer, mixing and stirring evenly and maintaining to obtain graphene-PVC composite slurry, or mixing PVC paste powder, plasticizer, synergist and calcium-zinc stabilizer to form mixture (a), mixing graphene with a solvent to form a mixture (b), and finally mixing the mixture (a) and mixture (b), stirring and mixing evenly; (2) application of graphene-PVC composite slurry in preparation of PVC gloves; and (3) method for preparing PVC glove, which involves taking the graphene-PVC composite slurry to form slurry (a) for grouting process (a), adding graphene-PVC composite slurry with plasticizer in a weight ratio of (190-210):(10-30), stirring evenly, and forming slurry (b) for grouting process (b), (ii) passing through sleeve gloves, singeing, rolling, leaching, drying, cooling, and then again rolling, leaching, drying, cooling, and processing to obtain PVC gloves.
